Gunther's Toad Duttaphrynus hololius is rare species, with very few records.

Reptiles of Telangana

Reptilian diversity of Telangana is represented by 82 species belonging to three (3) orders and 19 families. This diversity includes one (1) species of crocodile, six (6) species of testudines, 35 species of saurians and 40 species of snakes.

Three species—Hemidactylus flavicaudus, H. xericolus, and H. aemulus—are endemic to Telangana.
